What you will do

• Design and implement complex data collection strategies involving human participants.
• Create high-quality datasets using synthetic and model-based generation methods.
• Build and prototype custom tools for automated data analysis and creation using Python.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for model improvement.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to evaluate and boost AI model performance.
• Coordinate data collection projects, including planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computational Linguistics or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in computational linguistics or AI data creation.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience with data annotation systems and markup formats.
• Strong background working with speech, text, and multimodal data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Machine Learning and model bootstrapping.
• Familiarity with API design, version control, and agile development processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Matlab for data analysis.
