Salary: $90,000–$135,000 USD

What you will do

• Champion the global community, fostering trust and open dialogue between players and the development team.
• Lead global community management efforts to connect and engage players across regions.
• Represent hirify.global on-camera in developer streams, community updates, and social content.
• Manage and grow the studio's presence across major social channels including Reddit, Discord, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create compelling, on-brand content that reflects the studio’s personality and resonates with players.
• Plan and execute international communication strategies for game patches, updates, events, and new content.
• Monitor sentiment, track engagement, and gather player feedback using third-party tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various studio teams to ensure unified messaging and integrate player insights into decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing communities for live or shipped games, ideally with experience in or around AAA development pipelines.
• Deep understanding of community management best practices and player engagement strategies.
• Confident, natural on-camera presence for direct interaction with players through streams and videos.
• Hands-on experience creating social and community content within an established brand or product voice.
• Proficiency with monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools such as Sprout, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or Discord insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring an approachable, clear, and authentic tone.
• A savvy gamer capable of playing well with an eye for gameplay moments, community stories, and emerging social trends.
• Ability to collaborate positively across departments, bringing the community perspective into every decision.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OBS, video editing tools, or Unreal Sequencer.
• Background in influencer/creator partnerships or social campaigns.
• Experience moderating or managing a high-volume Discord or Reddit community.
