Release Analyst

TL;DR

Release Analyst: Building and optimizing non-production environments and coordinating software releases with an accent on environment stability, reliability, and efficient issue resolution. Focus on hands-on environment management, process improvement, and supporting continuous integration and delivery across multiple platforms.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, West Yorkshire (3 days per week on-site)

What you will do

• Manage and support non-production environments to ensure stability and reliability.
• Work closely with platform owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate releases and resolve environment issues efficiently.
• Improve processes, pipelines, and governance for environments.
• Contribute to technical discussions and support continuous integration, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting complex technology environments in enterprise or large-scale organisations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or other integrated enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of system integrations, architectural diagrams, and CI/CD pipelines.
