What you will do
- Develop strategic perspectives and actionable recommendations based on client data and industry trends.
- Contribute to internal strategic enablement and build best practices to elevate organizational strategy.
- Support new business opportunities with insights and strategic narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic thinking into media plans and client deliverables.
- Monitor emerging media and consumer trends to inform client strategies.
- Engage actively in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to travel up to 25%.
- 6-10 years of experience in strategic media planning, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong ability to synthesize data and research into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience with cross-channel media and research tools like MRI, GWI, Mintel.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for client presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Mentorship experience of strategic talent.
- Familiarity with CRM, first-party, and commerce data for audience insights.
