What you will do

• Review pricing and contract structures to ensure alignment with business, legal, and finance requirements.
• Calculate deal margins to ensure each opportunity meets gross margin targets.
• Enforce best practices for quoting, pricing guidelines, and overall Deal Desk processes.
• Escalate approvals to the appropriate business partners and functions.
• Help streamline, standardize, and automate contracting processes to meet internal SLAs.
• Support sales with quote and order form creation, including making edits inside the CPQ system and managing data in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, and/or Revenue Operations role.
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM.
• Ability to be self-sufficient and self-managed, especially during crunch time.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to proactively solving problems.
• Strong collaborator with well-versed interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Adobe skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with email marketing, push, or SMS software.
• Previous experience with quoting (CPQ).
