What you will do

• Lead the migration of hundreds of repositories from Jenkins to GitHub Actions across microservices.
• Design and optimize secure, high-performance CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Drive AI-first automation using tools like Copilot and code generation to reduce infrastructure toil.
• Develop platform automation scripts in Python, Go, and Bash to improve build efficiency and reliability.
• Implement security controls including secrets management, RBAC, and audit logging for CI/CD infrastructure.
• Enhance observability of CI/CD pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• Expertise with Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD systems
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve developer output and platform workflows
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
• Background in CI/CD security and compliance controls
• Experience integrating AI tools into pipelines for security scanning or optimization
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Helm
