Salary: 3175 EUR gross per month (full-time basis, part-time 30h/week)

What you will do

• Support project planning, organization, and progress monitoring
• Manage smaller work packages independently
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
• Assist with technical analysis and testing activities
• Coordinate meetings and communication among stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and guidelines

Requirements

• Location: Vienna with hybrid work and good transport connections
• Enrolled university student with ongoing program
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Passion for teamwork, organizing, and continuous learning
• Familiarity with Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex information clearly
