What you will do

• Build and recruit a digital business unit team including project managers and developers.
• Lead and develop the team professionally and personally, setting quality standards and efficient processes.
• Support coaching and competence development in e-commerce, UX/UI, data models, PIM, and AI-based processes.
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and ensure scalable, lean structures.
• Optimize collaboration and communication between customers, project management, and the team.
• Engage in consulting, business development, pitches, and tender processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria
• Several years of leadership experience in digital environments, ideally agencies or e-commerce/technology.
• Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills across brand management, KPIs, technology, data, and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication skills for internal, customer, and pitch contexts.
• Experience with AI-supported processes and automated workflows integration.
• Ability to lead with empathy, high standards, and promote team development.
