What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for advanced automation and orchestration.
• Develop and integrate APIs (REST, Graph API, JSON, OAuth) connecting agents with enterprise applications.
• Build custom connectors and manage integration layers for seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define agent behaviors and integration requirements.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of API and agent solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance and API interactions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Warsaw, Poland
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in API development and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, C#, or Python.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure AI.
• Experience in enterprise-scale automation and AI agent deployment.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration patterns for intelligent agents.
