What you will do

• Analyze, plan, and develop scheduled IT projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional delivery teams and manage stakeholders.
• Track project progress, report status, and manage risks and issues.
• Orchestrate project launches and post-launch issue resolution.
• Manage budget, resource utilization, and third-party relationships.
• Engage in technical discussions and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience with large-scale technology projects.
• Minimum 3 years of IT operations management experience.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including business owners and external vendors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
• Possess professional certification (i.e., Project Management, Business Analysis).

Nice to have

• Experience within the travel industry, specifically B2B travel and ancillary services projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as a business analyst for requirements elicitation.
