What you will do
- Lead implementation projects of Eleven VMS solutions from scoping to production, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project execution.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Monitor project KPIs, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and lead steering committees and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management, information systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation project management, ideally in VMS, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
- English: Professional level required
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and office suites (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with automation, data solutions, or OpenAI is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, priority management, and problem-solving skills.
