Technical SME Consultant (IAM): Supporting and maintaining multifactor authentication projects in mixed on-premise and hybrid environments with an accent on Identity & Access Management and secure authentication solutions. Focus on troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with technical SMEs, and optimizing authentication processes.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź with at least 2 days per week onsite

Salary: 1000–1200 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Drive progress and technical execution of multifactor authentication projects
• Troubleshoot complex issues using system and application logs
• Ensure secure Identity & Access Management including Active Directory group management
• Collaborate with technical SMEs and project stakeholders
• Contribute to design and optimization of authentication processes

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź with minimum 2 days onsite
• English: Full professional proficiency required
• Strong experience with on-premise and hybrid environments
• Solid knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Active Directory
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Proven collaboration skills with technical SMEs

Nice to have

• Experience with GPOs
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and SAML integrations
• Experience with Cisco AnyConnect
• Knowledge of Entra ID
