What you will do

• Directly participate in the sales process for critical accounts, focusing on Operations Payroll & Time products.
• Coach new hires and underperforming sales representatives to shorten ramp-up time and achieve objectives.
• Conduct regular sales and product training sessions, adapting content based on team needs and feedback.
• Develop an in-depth certification program to enable the sales team in selling the product, impacting over 500 peers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights.
• Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to post-sales support and customer activation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related position (e.g., Account Executive).
• Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Superior capacity to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
