What you will do
- Serve as first contact for customers and partners via email and phone
- Provide first level product support and take on second level tasks after training
- Document customer issues in ticket system and escalate complex cases
- Resolve standard inquiries independently
- Create and maintain KnowledgeBase articles and information sources
- Support QA and R&D through bug reporting and testing
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin or able to work hybrid from Berlin
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT training
- Interest and experience in IT support, network management (SNMP, switches, routers), Debian OS
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong customer service orientation and analytical skills
