Location: Hybrid role based in the UK (Yeovil), with up to 2 days working from home.

What you will do

• Own and execute day-to-day trading activities for assigned product categories to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and capitalize on trading opportunities, driving continuous improvement through measurable actions.
• Analyze category performance, provide compelling insights, and inform future strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimize traffic via email, paid search, and affiliates.
• Plan and deliver merchandising banners and promotional activities to enhance conversion.
• Partner with Merchandising and Commercial teams to optimize product findability and execute trading priorities.

• Analytical, confident working with data, and able to turn it into smart, timely decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and Excel skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to learn and grow.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and works well both independently and with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
