What you will do

• Prospect and close deals to grow the UK and Nordics market
• Manage existing UK client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals
• Develop business plans and maintain sales pipeline using CRM
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs and update sales materials
• Negotiate contracts and upsells with clients
• Collaborate internally with product teams and externally at events and conferences

Requirements

• Must be UK based with willingness to travel in Europe
• At least 10 years experience in institutional fintech sales or high-growth fintech startups
• Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization
• English language proficiency required
