TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Mechelen office, Belgium), supporting remote colleagues across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

What you will do

• Maintain and update the internal IT infrastructure.
• Investigate network issues and gather IT usage cases.
• Carry out daily configuration and installation of IT solutions, services, and laptops.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and resolve employee IT helpdesk requests.
• Handle the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IT Officer.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts (Azure AD, Entra ID, SSO).
• Good knowledge of securing an Azure Cloud environment (Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud).
• Experience with MDM tools such as Intune, Mosyle, Jamf, Jumpcloud.
• Good knowledge of networking (Palo Alto, Ubiquiti devices).
• Experience of purchasing and installing IT hardware and software.
• Experience of managing an IT budget.
• Work location: Hybrid, primarily based in Mechelen, Belgium.
