Onboarding Manager (People Experience Manager)
Salmon — next-gen fintech + licensed bank 🚀
📍 Manila, Philippines - this role requires relocation to Manila. We cover flights, assist with the work visa, provide initial accommodation and support you throughout the move

About the Role
You will design and deliver a seamless, structured, human-centered onboarding journey for all new joiners — expat, local, and remote. Your work directly shapes culture, belonging, and productivity from Day 0.
What You Will Achieve
In the first 3 months:
— Launch multi-track onboarding for expat, PH local and remote employees
— Implement HiBob welcome flows, buddy program and welcome events
— Deliver onboarding guides, content, communication structure and documentation
— Produce and launch the welcome pack
In the first 6–9 months:
— Improve 90-day integration metrics: time-to-productivity, onboarding CSAT
— Build scalable rituals and People Experience processes
— Support culture, recognition and internal communication initiatives
Your Responsibilities
Onboarding Experience
— Build onboarding journeys for global, local and remote teams
— Create human-touch welcome flows across HiBob, Slack, Confluence
— Deliver welcome content, guides, quizzes and events
— Launch & run the Buddy Program
— Coordinate across Recruitment, HRBP, IT, Operations and more
— Develop and produce welcome packs
Employee Experience Projects
— Run initiatives that improve daily employee experience
— Co-design expat integration programs & community events
— Support engagement, recognition and culture projects
— Lead experience-related launches and improvements
Experience Insights & Quality
— Track onboarding CSAT and 90-day integration metrics
— Identify friction points and propose improvements

— Experience in employee experience, onboarding or HR Ops
— Strong project management & cross-functional coordination
— Excellent written communication; ability to create friendly, clear content
— Comfort working in multicultural, fast-paced environments
— High ownership, attention to detail, and end-to-end execution skills
