What you will do

• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, Enterprise, and Partnership teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention patterns for growth.
• Lead user research and segmentation analysis to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to enhance marketing and product features.
• Define, implement, and visualize key growth metrics and create performance dashboards.
• Support revenue growth through pricing analysis, subscription optimization, and enterprise strategies.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience working as a data scientist with a growth focus.
• Experience with growth disciplines including paid acquisition, product marketing, SEO, social media, lifecycle marketing, product analytics, and/or conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Mode, Hex, Looker).
• Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and statistical experimentation.
• Experience with data modeling and pipeline development (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and data engineering/analytics engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake and modern data stack tools.
• Comfortable with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Machine learning experience in growth applications (LTV prediction, churn modeling, attribution modeling, recommendation systems).
