What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of customer business drivers and align technology solutions to business outcomes
• Collaborate with account managers and partners to drive revenue growth and new business
• Lead technical presentations, evaluations, and system configurations to secure technical wins
• Translate customer requirements into innovative storage and cloud solutions
• Author responses to RFI and RFPs and promote interoperability and performance testing
• Stay current with competitive landscape and promote thought leadership internally

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE and work onsite
• 5+ years of relevant pre-sales experience in enterprise storage, networking, or cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) and Linux environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, microservices)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware, networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
• Knowledge of digital transformation and cloud native architectures
• Familiarity with storage-intensive applications and databases (SQL, Oracle)
