What you will do

• Lead Flutter mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
• Mentor and guide Flutter developers, conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver quality apps.
• Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and CI/CD integration.
• Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and manage technical risks and timelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal or able to work remotely within the country.
• 7+ years of development experience with at least 3+ years in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, data structures, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with native Android/iOS development and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of modern mobile architectural patterns (BLoC, MVVM) and functional programming principles.
• Ability to write well-tested, maintainable code and use development tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins.
