TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as customer liaison with internal hirify.global stakeholders to ensure feedback is documented.
  • Resolve customer problems via telephone, email, chat, or remote access.
  • Research technical issues, provide recommendations, and create action plans.
  • Contribute to and utilize internal technical expertise and knowledge base content.
  • Lead technical communications within the team to share best practices.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing role.
  • Technical expertise on Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Demonstrable skills in supporting and deploying API technologies (REST), 3rd Party Integrations and connectors.
  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting SIEM solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the hirify.global Falcon Platform, especially NG-SIEM.
  • Experience with Swagger, Postman, IBMQradar, or Sentinel.
  • Experience with EDR, Splunk, query languages, and Regex.
  • Experience supporting Kernel level security solutions and hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting security applications such as AV, VPN, Firewall, or proxy.
