What you will do

• Define and deliver sales and activity KPI reports and metrics for business managers.
• Perform data acquisition, cleaning, formatting, and transformation from diverse sources.
• Apply advanced analytics, statistical and machine learning modeling to solve business problems.
• Handle datasets efficiently using appropriate technologies like Excel/VBA, SQL, SAS, Python, R.
• Collaborate within the team to innovate through automation and new tools.
• Communicate insights effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Karnataka, India
• 2-4 years of analytics experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical datasets and healthcare analytics preferred.
• English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, ML, NLP technologies such as TensorFlow, Watson, or Cortana.
• Background in pharma/retail multi-channel marketing and campaign management.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
