What you will do

  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to translate artistic concepts into technical implementation.
  • Develop and maintain custom shaders for large-scale dynamic environments.
  • Optimize rendering performance to ensure stable framerates on target hardware.
  • Analyze and improve the rendering pipeline within Unity HDRP.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of modern rendering pipelines and PBR techniques.
  • Proficiency in shader programming including compute shaders.
  • Experience with C# or C++ development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Must be able to work at the office in Tampere

Nice to have

  • Experience with Unity HDRP.
  • Familiarity with performance profiling tools such as PIX or RenderDoc.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Unity DOTS.
