Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collect and formalize business requirements through interviews and meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation including specifications, process diagrams, user stories, and AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions.
• Analyze data and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Participate in task planning, prioritization, and monitor compliance with requirements.
• Communicate effectively with development, QA, and product teams.
• Break down ambitious goals into realistic steps and establish dialogue with process owners and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Understanding of development lifecycle and processes.
• Experience with technical specifications, user stories, use cases, BPMN, UML, and process analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple task streams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in product or IT projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, understanding of UX principles, and API knowledge (REST/SOAP/GraphQL).
• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of backend/frontend functionality, databases, queues, and microservices.
• Relevant certifications (BA, Scrum, Agile).
