What you will do
- Collect and formalize business requirements through interviews and meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation including specifications, process diagrams, user stories, and AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions.
- Analyze data and provide conclusions and recommendations.
- Participate in task planning, prioritization, and monitor compliance with requirements.
- Communicate effectively with development, QA, and product teams.
- Break down ambitious goals into realistic steps and establish dialogue with process owners and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Understanding of development lifecycle and processes.
- Experience with technical specifications, user stories, use cases, BPMN, UML, and process analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple task streams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in product or IT projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, understanding of UX principles, and API knowledge (REST/SOAP/GraphQL).
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of backend/frontend functionality, databases, queues, and microservices.
- Relevant certifications (BA, Scrum, Agile).
