Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with up to two remote days per week and work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Salary: 5600-7000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Take ownership of key areas of the Incogni mobile app, influencing feature development and architecture.
• Leverage AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to enhance development velocity and quality.
• Experiment with AI agent tools to support prototyping, testing, and scaffolding tasks.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience.
• Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor other engineers as the team grows.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with hybrid work and remote flexibility.
• Proven experience with React Native and commercial mobile app development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI architecture.
• Familiarity with Zustand or similar state management libraries.
• Eagerness to use and experiment with AI tools and agent-based AI models.
• English: B2 level or higher.
