TL;DR
Senior React Native Engineer: Developing and owning the Incogni mobile application with an accent on AI-assisted engineering integration and mobile UI architecture. Focus on leveraging AI tools to improve development velocity and quality, shaping product and technical culture, and collaborating closely with design and product teams.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with up to two remote days per week and work-from-almost-anywhere policy.
Salary: 5600-7000 EUR/month gross

What you will do
- Take ownership of key areas of the Incogni mobile app, influencing feature development and architecture.
- Leverage AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to enhance development velocity and quality.
- Experiment with AI agent tools to support prototyping, testing, and scaffolding tasks.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience.
- Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor other engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania with hybrid work and remote flexibility.
- Proven experience with React Native and commercial mobile app development.
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI architecture.
- Familiarity with Zustand or similar state management libraries.
- Eagerness to use and experiment with AI tools and agent-based AI models.
- English: B2 level or higher.
