What you will do

• Design, build, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform and native cloud tools.
• Lead the migration of VMware workloads from on-premises to Azure, using AVS or re-platformed services.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments on-premises.
• Provision and manage Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and system configurations using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools.
• Implement and maintain cloud and on-premises monitoring, alerting, and logging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or systems architecture roles.
• Strong experience managing VMware environments: vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, VM networking, and shared storage.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure services (VMs, networking, storage, identity, monitoring), preferably Azure.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tooling (Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Working knowledge of security principles, identity/access models (e.g., RBAC, Zero Trust), and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced fluency in English and French/Dutch required.
