What you will do
- Own and execute new business strategy across DACH and Eastern Europe
- Attract, hire, and retain top commercial talent to build a diverse and effective sales team
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings and coach the sales team
- Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team to exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with executive, marketing, and product teams to align market needs and strategies
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
- 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in management, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Strong understanding of technical and competitive landscapes
- English proficiency: B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with hirify.global or UX/UI tools
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies
