What you will do

• Develop and optimize Django/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend systems
• Design architectures to maintain sub-100ms latency under heavy trading loads
• Implement AI-powered smart features bridging finance and AI
• Own the full stack from database optimizations to UI components
• Collaborate with quants, UX designers, and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• English: B2 level required
• 3+ years experience with Django, DRF, FastAPI, Python 3.7+
• Mastery of React/TypeScript with Redux Toolkit
• Experience with Material UI or Tailwind CSS
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, websockets, and JWT authentication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations such as LLMs and predictive models
• Background in trading, fintech, crypto, or DeFi
• Web performance optimization skills (e.g., Lighthouse scores >90)
• Testing experience with pytest, Jest, or Cypress
