What you will do

• Architect multi-agent systems including supervisor, router, and reasoning flow components
• Develop and tune ML models ensuring reproducibility and documentation
• Integrate MCP server and other tools to ensure workflow compatibility
• Communicate ML findings to clinical research and external clients
• Develop agent decision policies and refine routing logic
• Mentor team members and support their professional development

Requirements

• Location: USA, UK, or EU
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Proficiency in Python and data science frameworks
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Keras, and libraries such as NumPy, scikit-learn
• Experience with LLM agents, multi-agent system architecture, and MCP tool integration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with external clients

Nice to have

• Bioinformatics and drug development lifecycle knowledge
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs (cypher)
• Background in clinical development, health analytics, and biostatistics
