What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of AI-powered features for next-level data applications, including agentic workflows and natural language to SQL translation.
• Build enterprise-grade context engineering capabilities such as function calling, tool schema integration, and guardrails.
• Design and run rigorous evaluations and optimizations, including developing golden datasets and analyzing system errors.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers and infrastructure teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor engineers to drive excellence in product development and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI features in production environments.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with text-to-SQL technologies.
• Experience with data modeling, semantic layers, retrieval systems, and data analysis.
