What you’ll be doing:
— Lead the full cycle of Executive Search projects, from briefing with HRD/CEO to successful onboarding.
— Build search strategies and conduct market mapping: target analysis, long/short lists.
— Conduct deep-dive interviews and assess leadership & managerial competencies.
— Prepare analytical reports and market insights.
— Communicate with senior stakeholders, present candidates, and provide updates.
— Recruit internationally (Middle East, Europe, Asia) and grow a strong executive network.

What we’re looking for:
— 6+ years in Executive Search / Direct Search / Headhunting.
— 10+ years total recruitment experience.
— Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end executive searches.
— Successful track record filling C-level & Director roles (CEO, CFO, GM, etc.).
— International recruitment background; Middle East experience is a major plus.
— Experience assessing leadership competencies (Hogan or similar is a plus).
— Strong stakeholder management & C-suite influencing skills.
— Fluent English.
