What you will do

• Implement complex AI-powered ERP features across multiple domains following architectural guidance
• Apply prompt engineering frameworks and integrate machine learning capabilities into production features
• Develop microservices and APIs connecting AI with core ERP business logic
• Collaborate with architects and leads on technical feasibility and implementation approaches
• Own feature development from implementation through delivery, coordinating with product and UX teams
• Mentor intermediate and entry-level engineers and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or eligible to work remotely from the US
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience with AI/ML exposure
• Expertise in Java, Python, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM interactions, and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor engineers

Nice to have

• Experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot, reactive and async patterns
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL multi-tenant data isolation and performance optimization
• Understanding of AI ethics and prompt safety considerations
