What you will do

• Manage multiple teams and anti-cheat technology for client protection.
• Drive the vision for anti-cheat solutions within the game client.
• Improve the integration and build processes of anti-cheat technology into games.
• Drive a DevOps methodology across the anti-cheat team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 5+ years of experience in Game Development.
• 3+ years of experience as a Director or equivalent leadership role, ideally in game security or anti-cheat.
• Deep understanding and experience in the anti-cheat space.
• A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building or reversing cheat software.
• Understanding of the Call of Duty game architecture and cheat environment.
