What you will do

• Develop and optimize the Tech Art onboarding training syllabus and rotational program goals
• Manage and report on graduate performance and rotation experiences
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to junior Tech Artists
• Coordinate training events, workshops, and speaker sessions
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and studio partners to recruit and deliver the program
• Drive operational excellence in program management

Requirements

• Location: Must coordinate between Novato, California, and Dublin offices with hybrid work and onsite presence during key periods
• Experience with real-time 3D pipelines and content creation tools like Maya, Blender, Substance
• Knowledge of game engines such as Unreal and Unity
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python) and technical art specializations (VFX, rigging, materials)
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training and mentorship programs
• Strong communication and project management skills
