What you will do
- Develop and optimize the Tech Art onboarding training syllabus and rotational program goals
- Manage and report on graduate performance and rotation experiences
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to junior Tech Artists
- Coordinate training events, workshops, and speaker sessions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and studio partners to recruit and deliver the program
- Drive operational excellence in program management
Requirements
- Location: Must coordinate between Novato, California, and Dublin offices with hybrid work and onsite presence during key periods
- Experience with real-time 3D pipelines and content creation tools like Maya, Blender, Substance
- Knowledge of game engines such as Unreal and Unity
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python) and technical art specializations (VFX, rigging, materials)
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical training and mentorship programs
- Strong communication and project management skills
