What you will do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including assessments, interviews, and offers
• Lead and optimize strategic recruiting activities
• Source candidates actively using multiple channels and develop diverse pipelines
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers based on a WIN-WIN approach
• Organize interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in recruitment planning and project growth initiatives

Requirements

• English: C1 or higher required
• 3+ years of successful IT recruitment experience
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong sourcing skills via social media platforms (Linkedin, GitHub, Behance)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and multi-tasking abilities
