What you will do

• Build secure and performant AI platform services powering Copilot.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, application engineers, and AI researchers to develop next-generation AI products.
• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
• Overcome roadblocks to deliver work quickly and iteratively to users.
• Work in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience building web services with languages such as Python, C#, C++, Rust, or Java.
• 6+ years experience with high-scale training clusters and frameworks like Nvidia InfiniBand, SLURM, Kubernetes, Ray.
• 6+ years experience building scalable services on public cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• English proficiency at least B2 level required.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM training clusters and AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs.
• Experience deploying and scaling machine learning models.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
