TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Frontend, React): Building and maintaining large-scale government services, logistics platforms, and RAG chatbot solutions with an accent on robust technical solution design, architecture improvement, and system reliability. Focus on collaborating in cross-functional squads throughout the full System Development Life Cycle and supporting high-availability, high-load systems.

Location: Must be located in Lithuania (remote or onsite in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai)

Salary: €3,500 – €6,500 (gross/month)

What you will do

Build and maintain large-scale government services, logistics planning platforms, and RAG chatbot solutions.
Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions based on business requirements.
Provide support for high-availability, high-load systems operating at national scale.
Collaborate in cross-functional squads throughout the full System Development Life Cycle.
Continuously improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of our platforms.

Requirements

Solid professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong proficiency in React.js.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning tools.
Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken.

Nice to have

Experience with Next.js.
Experience with shadcn/ui library.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
