Salary: 3333 EUR to 6600 EUR gross monthly plus significant yearly bonuses and RSU package worth 20,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with a global team on B2B product development
• Scope and implement frontend features with designers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Own the UI end-to-end including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Design and build innovative, scalable frontend solutions
• Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to code reviews and documentation

Requirements

• Location: Must work from Kaunas office at least 3 days per week (hybrid)
• 5+ years of web development experience
• Strong expertise in React or similar modern UI frameworks
• Experience with Redux, CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less), enterprise systems, and B2B/SaaS products
• Fluency in English
