What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, divide work, and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
• Develop features and ensure their success through an in-house A/B testing platform.
• Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage risks.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, promoting coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously challenge the status quo to improve services.
• Solve problems at their root by understanding the broader context.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior Engineering roles.
• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Experience working with multiple programming stacks or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins/ArgoCD and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in logging and monitoring system performance using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Background in building highly scalable, performant, and mission-critical services.
• Fluency in English.
