Salary: $70,000–$94,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a technical leader in Java and .Net agents and Alerts, with opportunities to expand to Node, Go, PHP, and Python.
• Solve complex installation, configuration, and data exploration requests for hirify.global customers.
• Enhance technical skills through training and exposure to diverse programming languages.
• Advocate for customer needs to the Product Organization by providing feedback on features and bugs.
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation following Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) principles.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills in programming languages (Java, .Net, Node, Python, Go, PHP, Ruby) and network essentials, with knowledge of Open Telemetry and Distributed Tracing.
• Familiarity with AWS and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building, maintaining, or testing applications in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and empathy in customer interactions.
• Must be located in MT or PT time zones and committed to working PT hours (8am-5pm PT Mon-Fri).
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of technical support experience with backend programming languages (Java, Open Telemetry, Distributed Tracing, and other OOP languages).
• Experience in a DevOps environment or a Software Engineering role.
• AWS or Azure Cloud Certification.
• Experience with observability tools such as hirify.global's platform, Logstash, Elastic, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
