What you will do

• Integrate Dash AI capabilities into the FSS product for a seamless user experience.
• Simplify and build a reliable, performant foundation for core content management jobs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape vision and execute initiatives.
• Develop and optimize user experiences across various surfaces, ensuring consistency.
• Innovate and experiment with new approaches to enhance user adoption and engagement.
• Take full ownership of technical execution and key decisions, collaborating with multiple teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong product thinking to understand user needs and drive impactful solutions.
• Comfortable working closely with Product, Design, and multiple engineering teams.
• Self-motivated and able to drive execution with minimal guidance.
• Experience working across Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Backend (Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and growth-driven development.
• Knowledge of scaling, performance tuning, and optimizing multi-surface applications.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with growth teams and leveraging A/B testing.
• Experience working on core product engineering teams.
• Strong frontend development skills (React, TypeScript) with prototyping agility.
