What you will do

• Become an expert on customer behaviors and fraud patterns within Cash App’s Bitcoin ecosystem
• Investigate and analyze complex data sets to identify fraud and risk opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to detect emerging fraud trends and assess risk controls
• Communicate findings effectively to optimize business responses
• Manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience in risk or fraud detection with focus on Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies
• Minimum 1 year working in cryptocurrency and hirify.globalchain analytics experience
• Experience with tools like TRM, Chainalysis, Alterya and SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and across time zones

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• CFE, ACAMS, or similar accreditation
• Experience with machine learning modeling teams
