What you will do

• Investigate, triage, and escalate bugs and system issues across product and engineering teams.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, root causes, and potential solutions.
• Work with SQL, logs, APIs, and internal tooling to validate hypotheses and confirm system behavior.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
• Continuously develop domain expertise and improve tooling, workflows, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Strong investigative mindset, able to dissect ambiguous problems and gather evidence.
• High curiosity, naturally inclined to explore edge cases and understand system behavior.
• Ability to break down complex issues into clear, structured problem statements.
• Solid critical-thinking skills, comfortable evaluating conflicting or incomplete data.
• SQL: Ability to write basic queries (joins, filters, aggregations) and confirm system states.
• Programming Familiarity: Exposure to at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go) at a beginner level.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, HTTP, and ability to use tools such as Postman, log viewers, or internal admin dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SaaS, fintech, or data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
• Experience writing documentation or contributing to internal knowledge bases.
• Background in quantitative or technical fields.
