What you will do

• Identify user needs and define problems by collecting and investigating user feedback.
• Lead hypothesis generation and validation of detailed solutions, incorporating cross-functional input.
• Meticulously plan and manage software development, partnering effectively with Engineering and Design.
• Develop and maintain a clear roadmap of accurately prioritized initiatives for your innovation area.
• Lead successful product releases with Product Marketing, including necessary documentation and training.
• Communicate and present ideas, insights, and updates to senior leadership, defining and monitoring KPIs.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze complex and ambiguous environments.
• Highly driven and proactive in relentlessly pushing through hurdles and driving practical innovation.
• Fascination with users and insatiable curiosity to build a true understanding of their needs.

• Proven record of academic/internship success and high performance in a CST or CST-adjacent role.
• Proven project management skills, with persuasive written and verbal communication and excellent organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking to define a metrics-supported, outcome-based roadmap for your innovation area.
