What you will do

• Foster and spread a culture of digital experimentation, continuous learning, and growth across teams.
• Develop a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives and support a team of experienced CRO managers.
• Coordinate and align experimentation efforts across the Nordics, ensuring consistency, synergy, and leveraging various competences.
• Be the business owner of the experimentation and optimization toolkit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological opportunities, and best practices in CRO.

Requirements

• Strong skillset and 5+ years experience in CRO leadership (A/B testing methodologies, tools, digital analytics) in a large company or consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to impactfully collaborate and inspire cross-functionally with diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and consumer psychology.
• Growth mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance user experiences.
• Ability for conceptual and strategic thinking to connect CRO with broader business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and one Nordic language.
