What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of e-commerce and omnichannel clients primarily in Denmark and the Nordics.
• Act as strategic advisor and business partner across digital marketing, tech, data, and creative disciplines.
• Lead strategy sessions, commercial initiatives, and client presentations including C-level engagement.
• Develop digital and media strategies, budgets, and client roadmaps.
• Lead complex client projects with multiple stakeholders and ensure high-quality execution.
• Drive collaboration and commercial success through team leadership of specialists.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denmark or Nordics
• 8+ years of experience in marketing/media consultancy, management consultancy, or in-house marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in digital media strategies, budget allocation, and effectiveness measurement.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
