TL;DR

Senior Business Development Executive (iGaming): Leading and developing a defined region to achieve sales revenue and profit targets with an accent on identifying new market opportunities, selling Oasis Solutions, Digital Portfolio, and third-party products. Focus on consultative sales, coordinating new business development efforts, and managing client relationships through the sales cycle.

Location: Remote. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $116,946 – $217,185 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate new business development efforts, including hunting RFPs and new sales opportunities.
  • Perform consultative sales and promotion of the hirify.global product portfolio within an assigned territory.
  • Identify prospective customers and implement market development activities.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements and coordinate with legal/compliance.
  • Develop and maintain territory coverage plans and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Lead client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Sales experience with consultative and competitive sales in the Casino or Technology Industries.
  • Experience in multi-level, consultative hardware and software sales, specifically replacing competitor systems.
  • Ability to communicate expertly and efficiently (verbal and written) with all business levels.
  • Technical background with experience in Casino Management Systems.
  • Must be able to acquire and retain gaming licensure.
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
