Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect: Guiding customers through modernization of datacenter and public cloud infrastructure with an accent on hybrid IT solutions, AI workloads, and security. Focus on designing and delivering customized infrastructure modernization roadmaps, overcoming technological and business barriers, and collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Location: New York, NY, US (onsite)

Salary: $112,000 - $175,000 plus incentives

What you will do

  • Develop and grow Hybrid IT Solutions including Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional and Managed Services
  • Use challenger sales methodology and insights-driven processes to customize solutions aligned with customer business goals
  • Collaborate with sales teams and leaders to acquire new opportunities and build account penetration plans
  • Manage opportunities from customer needs assessment through deal closing and diversification
  • Engage pre-sales and internal support teams to deliver end-to-end service
  • Build strategic relationships with Hybrid IT partners and vendors

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY, US
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales or technical pre-sales roles focused on infrastructure modernization
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center, hybrid and public cloud models including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
  • Experience with Cisco product lines and modern infrastructure solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage decision makers at all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within designated sales district
