Data Science Manager

Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA, El Segundo, CA, New York, NY, or fully remote anywhere in the United States with work authorization in the US required.

Salary: $163,322–$174,210 per year

What you will do

• Plan and strategize data science solutions aligned with business goals in collaboration with Product and Project Management teams.
• Implement predictive modeling solutions for syndicated products and managed services.
• Manage and mentor a Data Scientist, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Monitor data security risks related to data access.
• Test and enhance algorithms within production pipelines.
• Support Analytics Team with managed service client deliverables.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience as Data Science Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in R or Python, Apache Spark, Linux/Unix, git, and predictive modeling frameworks (scikit-learn, xgboost, Spark ML, H2O.ai).
• Experience with AWS S3.
